Helps me to sleep

Spinal stenosis results in achey knees and legs. My masseuse used the warming salve, now I buy to use daily. Easily rubbed in, fragrance not overpowering. Works for me!

Comforting

This balm is gentle and warming on my hands. I use it whenever my hands start to ache and the balm and scent have a wonderful warm and relaxing scent. It does not act as a pain relief but doe help the tendons and muscles of my hands relax as I gentle massage in.

I have used the warming salve for several years. it is pleasant to apply and comes in a compact jar that I can take with me so if my aches arise when I am out and about I have it with me for quick relief.

Having had a knee replacement and swollen leg I have been using this to massage around the scar and rest of leg. I have found it helpful

Bought to see if it could help with arthritis pain in toes and feet and so far so good. I didn’t want to give up running so thought I’d give this a go to soothe the aches and it works so well. I’m now back to running on a regular basis. I would imagine it will be useful for all sorts of aches and pains. The warming effect is subtle but nice.
