Beautiful products

As always with Neal’s Yard, this collection felt really luxurious to use. The hand cream and body lotion leave skin really soft but not sticky, and the shower gel is so lovely. Beautiful scent as well.

Lovely smell!

I ordered these as Christmas gifts and upon arrival, the top had become loose on the handwash, thus soaking into the packaging losing half the contents and ruining the box on another gift set. I contacted customer services, provided them with photos and without any quibble, they apologised and sent me replacement products immediately. My son ended up taking the remnants of the leaking handwash and now says he will buy some himself as he loves the smell too. Very pleased with the products as the smell is gorgeous and very impressed with their customer service too.

Love this range from Neal’s Yard. Unfortunately the bottle of hand wash arrived broken. On contacting the company a replacement was immediately sent. Excellent service and I will continue to use them.
