The uplifting aromatherapy does not smell good to me. I'm wondering if I can get a replacement of another scent.

This diffuser is simply lovely, and the availability of a refill is such a bonus, thank you Neal’s Yard!

I was so happy to receive my refill,and promptly filled up some empties, but very unfortunately it really has no smell. I would not recommend this product as I was very unhappy about it.

I recently bought the uplifting aromatherapy diffuser refill at exactly the same time as I bought a new uplifting reed diffuser. I love the scent - it does exactly what it says it will! My new reed diffuser bottle is still almost full and the scent is strong enough to fill the room. The refill bottle that I poured into a clean NY diffuser bottle with new reeds is now nearly empty, having almost completely evaporated after only three weeks. It smelled amazing whilst disappearing! The only conclusion I can draw is that the refill isn’t the same product as the oil in the original reed diffuser. Wouldn’t buy it again.

I keep buying these as the smell amazing and last so long!

Really liked this reed diffuser and that’s it’s natural, but it just doesn’t give off much of a fragrance even though when you get up close it smells very nice. Just wish it was stronger.

This is a seriously great smelling product. Uplifting it certainly is and has a lovely fresh scent. I’ll definitely be buying a replacement when it runs low.

Excellent product

Bought several of the uplifting diffuser refills because these appear to be discontinued. Such a beautiful smell and it does seem to mask the smell of old dog from my living room, no easy feat!

Doesn’t smell at all despite regularly turning the reeds, very disappointed.

Such a gorgeous smell but it doesn’t seem to fill the room with fragrance like it would expect it to.

I thought the whole point of reed diffusers was so that I could smell the aroma throughout the room that I placed them. Can only smell it when standing very close up. Sort of defeats the point of it. A pity as the smell is gorgeous

When I opened the packet I was so surprised to see such a large bottle. I’m sure they use to be smaller.. so totally delighted 🤣 and smells lovely

A gorgeous refreshing scent, builds up slowly in the room, so not overpowering.

Reed diffusers are great they are very uplifting and make your rooms smell really lovely.

Bought from the reviews. Overpowering smell and a little too much for me but others may like.

A lovely quality present for my daughters

I usually LOVE Neal's Yard but this item didn't smell quite right sadly - you have to get really close to smell it and even then it just smells a bit like "old oils". I did get this in the sale so perhaps they were close to going out of date.
