completely agree with the reviewer below. I have used this product for years and I am genuinely devastated that the original formulation is being discontinued or changed. It is the only product that has ever worked for my sensitive skin without causing irritation or flare ups. I have tried countless alternatives over the years and nothing compares to this formula. I have been a loyal customer precisely because it was reliable, gentle, and effective. The new formulation will unfortunately not be suitable for me, which means I will be forced to stop purchasing a product I truly loved and trusted. I really hope the company listens to long term customers and considers bringing back the original formulation, as it filled a gap that very few products on the market do.

I have used this product for over 10 years now as I react to some other Neal's yard products not only is it gentle I find it I've reacted to a product around my eye aresa this sorts it out emmidetly, I am extremely saddened to hear this is being discontinued feel like your leaving behind dedicated customers with sensitive skin something many customers value about Neal's yard, going to have to switch to green people along with many

Sensitive Soothing Cleansing Milk 185ml

I love this cleanser. It doesn't strip my skin but leaves it feeling clean and fresh. I add a drop of rose essential oil to a new bottle to give a lovely fragrance.

I was used to the calendula face wash and bought this sensitive cleansing milk as my usual wasn’t available. I was pleasantly surprised. It is soft and covers well and leaves my skin feeling clean while being gentle. It’s a really good option for me with slightly dry skin.

Lovely natural scent of cocoa butter, and leaves my skin feeling cleansed but still hydrated which was just what I was looking for. Fantastic product and will definitely buy again.

I first purchased this when visiting the York shop. I said to the lady that my skin had always been a problem skin even tho I was now older, oily chin, the odd blemish, tiny bit of rosacea on one cheek, and also that I don’t like strong scents. She suggested this one. I have used it since, and re order online as I don’t have Neals Yard near me. It is a lightweight delicate creamy texture, glides over the face lovely, feels soothing and does the job well, I do a second cleanse when wearing make up. It has a pump delivery so there is no waste, a bottle lasts ages. I think it is very reasonably priced. It also looks attractive to have out in the bathroom.
