  1. Massage into wet skin and hair.
  2. Work into a lather, then rinse and towel dry.

Bottle: Wash out and recycle.

Flip top or screw cap: Can be recycled with plastics, but not all local authorities accept them yet, so please check your local recycling facilities. If not accepted, please bring to a participating Neal's Yard Remedies store, and we'll recycle via our TerraCycle scheme.
