This is the first time I’ve mused this product and I absolutely love it! It does literally ‘melt’ makeup and dirt gently off my skin, even eye makeup, without any sting or need to use tissues or cotton wool. It’s early days but I’m hoping it’s anti ageing ingredients work too! Would highly recommend 😊

This is by far the most luxurious melting cleanser. It’s like a spa in a bottle. Dissolves make up instantly, smells amazing and is so hydrating.

Lovely cream, only reason for 4 stars is that the packaging is plastic and not the usual excellent glass container.

Smell really refreshing and soft on skin but I can't make it foam so not sure what I have done wrong

I used this product for about a week and it really didn’t suit me. My skin just did not feel cleansed: it felt heavy and oily, even though I carefully followed the directions.
An expensive mistake.

This cleanser is perfect for night time. Really grounds you. Love it

The Frankincense intense melting cleanser is lovely. I have dry skin and it feels lovely.

I love this product. I use a little on my fingers with some warm water. It makes my skin feel so clean and fresh.

I’ve been using this for about a year & absolutely love it! As a person with slightly mature skin, it’s great as my skin never feels tight after cleansing. It’s my absolute go to every day

It is rich and creamy, dissolves into my skin, rinses off cleaning leaving my skin feel soft and supple. I have sensitive skin and it does not irritate it at all.

I bought myself the Neal's Yard calendar in 2025 and amongst the products was the Frankincense Intense Triple Action Melting Cleanser.
It is honestly the best cleanser and moisturiser, rolled into one, I have ever used. It cleanses your skin as well as making it feel hydrated and silky smooth. I've just bought another one so that I do not run out. It is definitely worth the money. Highly recommend.

I keep going back to this cleanser, nothing touches it for my sensitive, menopausal skin. It doesn’t cause me to react, and so many do. It also leaves my skin soft and supple, hydrated and fine lines less noticeable. I use warm water and a damp facecloth to remove it so it doesn’t leave a residue. 100% natural and 100% worth it.

This is a beautiful product to use - a gliding gel that dissipates on your skin and removes any impurities gently without any hint of disturbing your skin’s natural oils. My go to.

It smells divine and really cleans. I take it with me everywhere I go.

I love this cleanser because it doesn't foam up. It is easy to apply, smells amazing and leaves my face feeling clean and moisturised. A little goes a long way. There is no taut tight feeling that can occur with other cleansers.

I use this every morning for completely transformed skin and my skin loves it. For a deeper cleanse I’ll massage into face and then use a steamer or just a hot cloth placed over face for 10 mins. Skin looks renewed
