After reading about several health benefits of Black Pepper,I thought i would try it.

I have not had it long enough to experience the benefits. I plan to make some small gifts for Christmas presents and I have a friend and relative who suffer arthritis pain, hopefully this will bring some relief.

I did rub on my heels to help with numbness. Cramps and woke up feeling an improvement with my circulation in my feet..

It smells OK,a little musky for my liking,though grounding..

Just got this for the bcp to treat infection and nerve damage from a dog bite, it quickly healed the infection and the nerve damage is slowly improving.
I’d normally use clove for something like this as I prefer the aroma but it was out of stock, it worked just as well and smelled great mixed with rosemary so I’ll get some clove when it’s re stocked and use all three to make a bcp blend for any future mishaps.

I bought this on the advice of a friend to help my swollen joints in my hands. I added it to the almond oil and it has done the trick beautifully it warming effects has helped with my particular issue. I also benefit from the hand massage each day.
