I purchased the goodnight pillow mist 45ml for my mum, she has/had difficulty in getting to sleep as she is often helping my dad with health issues and his night time routine. I thought I would try this as a gift to aid her sleep and because the mist is made up from natural ingredients. It worked and I bought her a new bottle as she was reaching the end of the first. It's magic in a bottle and it smells gorgeous.
