Best before bedtime. Spritz 1-3 times around the room and lightly over the pillow. Hold the at arm’s length from the pillow as spritzing the mist directly onto the pillow may cause staining.

Soothing scent which doesn’t overpower.

It’s especially nice sprayed on freshly laundered bedding before ironing (only pillowcases for me!)

I love the scent. It’s become part of my night-time ritual. For anyone struggling with sleep, it’s worth a try. Scent is a strong sense and if you use that to help set the mood for your sleep as part of a healthy routine (screen off, quiet room, no light, same time each night, no caffeine for minimum 10 hours etc…), it will help you sleep. Try it. I’m hooked.
