Top tips to keep your skin hydrated

Drink plenty of water – roughly two litres a day is ideal. Add a slice of lemon to restore your skin’s brightness.
Use a facial oil after moisturising – facial oils lock moisture into the top layers of skin, keeping your skin hydrated for longer.
Cleanse with cool water – hot water dehydrates the skin, luke warm water is best for cleansing and washing.

I use this every night to clean and refresh my face before sleep. It smells very calming. It seems to stop any tendency to spots or pimples so my skin stays clear. It doesn’t make your skin feel tight, and l just put a tiny dab of moisturiser on afterwards.
