  1. Pour liberally under warm running taps and swirl to disperse.
  2. Sink in, inhale the therapeutic aromatherapy blend, and relax.

Bottle: Wash out and recycle.

Cap: Can be recycled with plastics, but not all local authorities accept them yet so please check your local recycling guidelines. If not accepted, please bring to a participating Neal's Yard Remedies store, and we'll recycle via our TerraCycle scheme.
