How to use

See individual products

Mother's Massage Oil - Warm a few drops in your hands and then massage into skin using a circular motion
Mother's Bath Oil - Add a tablespoon under warm running water and swirl to disperse. Sink in, relax and enjoy. Use as often as desired both before and after pregnancy. Each bottle should be enough for 6-8 baths
Mother's Balm - Warm a small amount of balm in your hands and gently massage into skin, avoiding the nipple area. Apply morning and evening during and after pregnancy. For best results apply twice daily
