A wonderful first experience

A good friend, who always smells so good when I meet up with her, recommended the Neal’s Yard roll-on remedies to me. I couldn’t decide which one to try so I treated myself to the bundle of four; Energy, Travel, Relaxation and Night Time. They are all fabulous aromas and I do indeed feel a difference in my energy levels when I use them, especially the Night Time one (I have insomnia and the roll-on does seems to help me drift off more easily) The bundle came very nicely packaged in a super little hessian sack which I have already found a new use for! Marvellous products. Can highly recommend !

An Everyday Essential For Every Mood!!

I have started getting back into essential oils lately and the difference it has made to my anxiety, sleeping and general overall day-to-day feeling/mood has been incredible! I had seen a celebrity talking about carrying around a little pouch of essential oils in her bag and how much it had helped her during stressful times and much needed moments of relaxation. I was looking for something similar and I'VE FOUND IT! as well as these 4 essential oils included in this pouch, I also purchased 'Woman's Balance' rollerball and that has been incredible!!! Ladies, pleaseeee order the 'Woman's Balance' rollerball oil, it works wonders if you are going through PMS/PMDD/Periods/Menopause. Not only does it smell divine but it is so soothing and chills you out. I have not had a panic attack in ages since I started using these oils. Since I bought these oils (which has been about 1 month now) I have used them every day. I use the 'energy' and 'woman's balance' in the morning. If I'm travelling, I will obv use 'Travel', 'Woman's balance' & 'Energy'. At nighttime, I will use 'Night time', 'relaxation' & woman's balance'. I love combining the oils too. I apply the rollerball oils to my wrists, underneath my chin, behind my ears & the back of my neck. You can also apply some to your temples in the evening or if you have a headache. When applying to the wrists, roll some of the oil to each wrists and then rub both wrists together (the heat activates the oils) and breathe in the scent (deep breath) counting to 4, hold for 7 and slowly breath out for 8. I'd also recommend getting some crystals, such as rose quartz. I highly recommend these oils and will be back to order some more and looking forward to trying some new additions too x
