This balancing blend combines stimulating black pepper, refreshing grapefruit and uplifting jasmine to bring renewed optimism, positivity and hope into your life. Ideal for moments when you need an extra boost of inner confidence, it helps you feel refreshed and energized throughout the day.

Suitable for: All skin types.

Diffusers & Burners

A natural air freshener, this technique creates a balancing ambiance and mood. For adults, add 1–3 drops in a diffuser or burner. For children over 2 years old, add 1–3 drops in a diffuser.

Inhalation

This technique helps to clear your head and nose. For adults, add 4–6 drops to a bowl of steaming water, pace a towel over your head and breathe. Children over 2 years old, adults with sensitive skin and asthmatics should not inhale directly. Instead, place the bowl of hot water with added oils in the room nearby.



WARNING: Avoid contact with eyes. Avoid use in case of known allergy to listed ingredients.

Sensational Oil!

I use essential oils all the time, and this, by far, is my favourite. For me, it's an all-rounder: soothing, motivating and relaxing. I use it during the day and put a couple of drops on my pillow at night, which helps soothe me to sleep with its warming tones. I am on my third bottle and would definitely recommend.
