Juniper works well in symmetry, as other oils do. May help to relieve gout/arthritis eg in bath with Epsom Salts.

Favourite 😍

This is one of my favourite essential oils. I add some to almond oil or balm and rub on my skin after my shower for a good night's rest. Also really nice in a diffuser. Mix it with a little lime essential oil and it adds an extra burst of freshness.
For those who are new to it......it is woody but yet fresh......a little like vetiver.

I recently ordered some essential oils to help with post surgery recovery. I have used them for many years after completing an aromatherapy course.
