Didn’t work for me

I so wanted this to help with my injured back, I added 10 drops to my carrier oil and massaged it into my lower back. I waited and waited for the warmth to come but sadly it never did. Tried again a couple of times but no improvement or help. Really disappointed ☹️

Warming and Invigorating

I use ginger essential oil to fragrance my yoga mat in the colder months. A few drops on a moist cotton pad wiped over the mat and the warm and energising scent is ideal for early morning yoga practice.

Energising and diuretic essential oil

One of the most wonderful oils I use for myself! I use it in a really good foot spa during the summer when my feet are swollen due to the high heat.
I also use it in my blended shampoo with geranium essential oil to promote healthy grow of the hair.
