Add a tablespoon of Mother’s Bath Oil under warm running water and swirl to disperse. Sink in, relax and enjoy. Use as often as desired both before and after pregnancy. Each bottle should be enough for 6-8 baths.

This came as part of a bundle and I would definitely purchase the bundle again. Not sure I would purchase just the oil itself as there isn't any scent I can detect and I have other lovely smelling Neal's Yard Remedies bath oils I prefer to use. It does make the water and my skin lovely and soft.
