Works a treat highly recommend

Works a treat for me. I have a busy stressful job and when I go to bed thoughts start going round my mind. I put a few drops of this on my pillow and for me it really helps me getting off to sleep. I think the fragrance signals to my brain that it's time for sleeping! Now, if only Neal's Yard had an oil that would fixmy peri-menopause symptoms of waking up at 4am!!! 🤣 But at least I can fall asleep with this oil.
