This calming blend has been specially created for children, combining relaxing Roman chamomile, restful mandarin and grounding bergamot to gently soothe when they are over-excited, over-tired or a little grouchy. The soothing aroma helps to create an atmosphere of pure calm, making it ideal for use at bedtime or during moments of restlessness. Adults can also benefit from its relaxing properties, making it a versatile addition to any home.

I absolutely love this aromatherapy blend, I’m so glad I discovered it, it has become part of my daily ritual now. It smells amazing and is definitely calming, I’m in the depths of surgical menopause and this oil is definitely my saviour, it helps to ground me and relax my mind and my body. I use it in my diffuser in the evening, and sometimes during the day I take myself off to my bedroom and lie on my bed with my diffuser on and I mix a few drops into some almond oil and massage into my temples and my wrists, and it turns off the chaos and noise inside my head and helps to make me calm and relaxed again. I never let myself run out of this oil, I highly recommend it.
