Arnica Salve

Arnica Salve from Neal's Yard Remedies is my "go to" remedy for the pain of arthritis in my hip and wrists. It massages in to the skin beautifully and really has a soothing effect.

Arnica Salve

Arnica Salve has to be one of the best muscle rub products available. I've used it over a number of years to help alleviate muscle soreness and ease the pain when i've had an ankle sprain. In my opinion, it's warming properties really do aide recovery.

I was recommended this product from a friend after I sprained my ankle. I’m a runner so a sprain has taken me out of action, I’ve been using every day for 4 weeks and it has helped so much with bruising and tenderness and even managed my first run today.
