Extremely disappointed

I'm extremely disappointed in this and in Neal's Yard. The box was faded and damaged, and it had less than its stated 12-month shelf life left. So much for giving this as a gift! Beware because I was asked to return it, so presumably it is now being sent on to another unsuspecting buyer. It's been two weeks, six emails, a trip to UPS, and Neal's Yard still hasn't been able to send me a fresh and undamaged replacement item.
