Love NealsYard Geranium Essential Oil… my daily indulgence of a few drops in a hot bath… there’s nothing like the soothing gentle smell and its balancing effects.

I love the natural aromatic smell of the Geranium oil which I put in my oil burner - it makes my house smell gorgeous and has no chemical false aroma.
I sometimes use it to polish the black granite sink - a few drops makes it shine and the kitchen smell lovely.

I find the geranium oil soothing and relaxing. I mix a couple of drops with jojoba or almond oil and use to cleanse and moisturise my skin. I also like to open the bottle and simply and slowly breathe in the aroma.

I use the oil in the hair and body wash-perfect !

I am delighted to have gone for something different this time and this will be a repeat purchase. It’s fresh and light and I can’t recommend this product highly enough.

This was my first time buying this particular essential oil…I love Geraniums, so thought I’d give it a try.
I’m delighted with it….its such a subtle but lovely fragrance, that has worked so well in my Neals Yard diffuser…..definitely not overwhelming, just a perfect way to delicately scent my home, and create a relaxing atmosphere.

I’ve never bought geranium oil before as I thought it would be too strong but it has an uplifting delicate aroma which I often use whilst I’m in my home office.

I love most of the Neals Yard oils , great quality, however I found the geranium gave me a headache, rather overpowering

Smells amazing

I use only EO as personal fragrance and had used the organic geranium from Neal’s Yard recently and had several strangers come up to me to say they loved the fragrance around me, asking what it was!

It is the most beautiful fragrance, everyone comments how beautiful the aroma is in my house.

This is one of my favourites. Just wish I could buy it in larger bottle. I use it ever day and all day. Has such a calming effect on me. Makes my house smell devine and i have added a a couple of drops on cotton wool ball and put inside toilet roll in the bathrooms. Much nicer than those artificial liquid bottles with sticks

The subtlety and complexity of these aromas is in a league above the rest. I would have to have the vocabulary of a sommelier to convey! Unparalleled fragrance.

Very pleased with this, mixed with a drop of orange and added to my moisturiser, perfect.

The Geranium perfume makes me feel well and happy. I just put a few drops on a cotton wool ball and place it in a warm place. In fact, I have ordered some more today. Also good combined with basil.

One of my two most fav and most needed oils; always have them on my table.
It’s making me less anxious , more in balance with myself, more feminine. But unlike of lavender, ( I use that one before bed), Geranium doesn’t make me sleepy. Just calm and present

Testers at store smelled nice. The one I got smelled too different, as if some decomposing matter was involved, so I brought it back to store for exchange. Store staff acknowledged that it smelled a bit off and suggested we wait until a senior staff comes and confirms the exchange. I couldn’t wait so decided to try another location later that day.
There, staff denied the issue, although they said “it does smell more pungent”. Staff said the difference comes from manufacturing and it was still within normal range. Then when my partner, a white male, said the tester smelled like flower and mine disgusting, the issue was taken seriously and the staff offered an exchange, saying it could be just this batch. As I was traumatised by any hint of geranium by then, I asked if i can exchange it to anything £15 or below but got dismissed. Staff said it should be £15 or more so I ended up buying more products that I didn’t need.
I’ve been otherwise happy with my previous experiences with Neil’s Yard Remedies oils, massages, and products for years. But this oil was disappointing and the way staffs handle a valid exchange request will keep me away.
