If misting stops ...

I love this diffuser & have had mine for quite some time.
I've read other reviews, as mine suddenly stops working occasionally, despite cleaning it.
I live in a hard water area, so when it stops & empty it, give it a good rinse & wipe & then put a little descaler in just to cover the bottom. leave for about 20 mins. Then half fill with water & switch on & leave running for a while. It's then super clean & good for another few months!

Don’t waste your money!

I have now had 3 of these diffusers and every 12-16 Months they just stop
Misting. I follow all the instructions and keep it clean and dry in between use as per their guideline but I also don’t see the point of Neil’s Yard selling a product that you can’t use 90% of their oils with as they may damage this diffuser.
I was 4 months over my 12 month warranty when my current one once again stopped misting Neil’s Yard gave done nothing to assist apart from rudely telling me that their diffusers are the only things that are not made in house and because even though it’s clearly a problem they are not willing to do anything to assist me. I will be letting made By Zen know how bad Neil’s Yard are making them look as far as a quality standpoint. Don’t waste your money their are plenty of other diffusers on the market that are much more affordable and last years as well as you being able
To use whatever oils you want!
