I have used and recommended this Salve for many years now, it is my first "go-to" for muscle ache, pain and stiffness in my arms and legs. It helps my Rheumatoid Arthritis greatly, no need for medication. Given a few times to friends who have also found the same.

Got this product to help with a bad bruise, I’m not sure if it helped or not, but it went on nicely, smelled good and that in itself felt like it was improving the healing. I will use again on muscle aches too. Definitely a good medicine box addition.

Have been using Arnica foir a while now and it is a very effective product. Tend to use it after walking my dog as I get sore knees sometimes and it really helps. It's expensive (,often on discount) but a little goes a long way.

This is great for bruising and also works well to relieve arthritis pain. It’s easy to apply and smells nice. A lovely product all round.
