I have used Arnica Salve for over 5 years now. It is very effective in relieving the pain of osteoarthritis following an accident I experience pain on the lateral aspect of my left knee. Using the Salve morning and evening is very effective in relieving this. I have recommended the Salve to many friends and family they have been delighted to find how effective it is in terms of pain relief.

I had heard about arnica for years but never tried it until after I had my second baby at home (homeopathy/pillule form) and now we use the NY's arnica for when my kids fall or get a bump, it is so effective, bruises never come up or disappear rapidly. I have tried other versions or arnica but this one is the best so far

Really good stuff. Just had a nasty fall on an uneven concrete stepping stone (helpfully pulled over by our dog in Scotland!). Thankfully had packed this little wonder pot. Much reduced bruising and I believe the area healing quicker. Thank goodness.

I have been using the cream this summer, especially after sunbathing, and loved the way my skin felt after.
As always, love Neal’s Yard products and will continue to use them; they remain my number one products so far :-) (have not used all of them but so far so gd)
