My husband has arthritis in his fingers and found this really soothing. I’ve also used it on my frozen shoulder and it helps ease the pain for awhile.

I would recommend this salve to use on aching joints especially after exercise. I have Osteoarthritis in certain hot spots and this salve offers wonderful pain relief without resorting to Ibuprofen or other medications. I’m trying to use alternative medicines to delay the need to use prescriptions drugs for as long as possible. This really works well.
