Bath & Shower

Inhale the aromatic stream while your skin absorbs all the benefits of the oil. For adults, add up to 5 drops in 2 tbsp bath oil, shower gel, full fat milk or carrier oil. For children over 2 years old or adults with sensitive skin, reduce the amount to up to 2 drops per 2 tbsp.

Inhalation

This technique helps to clear your head and nose. For adults, add 4–6 drops to a bowl of steaming water, pace a towel over your head and breathe. Children over 2 years old, adults with sensitive skin and asthmatics should not inhale directly. Instead, place the bowl of hot water with added oils in the room nearby.

Massages

Energizes your body and mind while helping to ease aching muscles. For adults, use up to 15 drops in 2 tbsp of base oil. For children over 2 years old or adults with sensitive skin, use up to 6 drops in 2 tbsp of base oil.

Diffusers & Burners

A natural air freshener, this technique creates an energizing ambiance and mood. For adults, add 1–3 drops in a diffuser or burner. For children over 2 years old, add 1–3 drops in a diffuser.

WARNING: Do not use undiluted on the skin. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Flammable. Use within 12 months of opening. Use in moderation on the skin as can be an irritant. Some citrus oils can corrode the plastic components inside a diffuser, damaging the inside of the diffuser and leaving behind a permanent citrus scent which may interfere with the fragrance when you choose to use a different essential oil or blend. The damage caused to the inside of the diffuser may also void the manufacturer’s warranty. We advise you to empty and rinse the tank of your diffuser and then wipe dry with a clean cloth every time you finish using a citrus essential oil or blend. This will protect the tank from the damage that can be caused by corrosion.

Zesty

A full-bodied citrus that blends beautifully with ylang ylang. Also lovely with patchouli when you need to feel grounded.

Lime Essential Oil

Wow- this is zingy! I love the smell and have used it along with your lemon essential oil to make the cuticle cream in the purple DK/NYR book which I also purchased from Neals Yard. It makes perfect little pots which are ideal gifts and are a delight to use. Certainly recommend highly.
