Rubbish, don't waste your money

Total waste of money, 2.5ml for £25!!! You have to put at least 10 drops in to be able to get the faint hint of any smell. Expected more from NY as I use many of their products and love them but the two oils I purchased are such a waste of money. So disappointed...Response from NYR on 19.12.18 'We are really sorry to hear of your disappointment with our Jasmine Essential Oil. Please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care team at advice@nealsyardremedies.com so that they can discuss this with you.'

Disappointed

This is so disappointing as I’d been led to believe that NY products were superior to a lot of other essential oil products out there. I bought this bottle of Jasmine, along with some other oils, and there was something missing...the smell! Whilst the other oils had a smell, there was a definite ‘chemical whiff’ about it. Could be the method for extraction. On the whole, expected more and got less...Response from NYR on 30.05.18 'Thank you for your feedback and we're really sorry to hear of your disappointment with our Jasmine essential oil. Please do contact our Customer Care team at advice@nealsyardremedies.com who will be happy to discuss this with you and offer further product advice.'

Pregnancy Safety warning?

Shouldn't your description contain a warning about the risks associated with inhaling during pregnancy? I have read information and was told by my midwife that Jasmine is a traditional remedy used to induce or aid contractions during labour. It is irresponsible to not include this information on your product description....Response from NYR on 07.09.17 'Thank you for your feedback. There is no evidence that the use of jasmine absolute should be contraindicated during pregnancy. It is regarded as non-toxic and non-irritant. However, if you wish to discuss this further do please contact our Customer care team at advice@nealsyardremedies.com'

JAAMIN OIL ESSENCIAL

Qual a composição do oleo essencial de jasmim?organico? como é o processo de extração? grata. What is the essential oil composition of jasmine? organic? How is the extraction process? Grateful...Response from NYR on 15.06.17 'Jasmine is an absolute, and is none organic. As the flowers are too delicate to be steam distilled, the method of extraction is solvent extraction: the flowers are extracted by hexane to produce a concrete. The concrete is re-extracted by alcohol to produce the absolute and separate it from the wax. If you would like further information, please do not hesitate to contact our customer care team on advice@nealsyardremedies.com'
