    Ordering

    From time to time, products might be unavailable due to high demand or for reasons such as ingredient availability. We’ll always do our best to bring the item back to stock as soon as possible.

    It’s easy to place an order with us. Log-in to your account to begin browsing our range.

    Once you’ve found the product you want, you’ll need to click ‘Add to basket’. You can either carry on shopping or click ‘View Basket’ if you’ve got everything you need; this will give you the option to checkout.

    If you have any addresses or payment options saved to your account then these will automatically display in the checkout, making it quick and easy to complete the order. Otherwise you’ll need to enter the details manually.

    Check everything is correct and you’re good to go. We’ll send you an email as soon as the order is on its way.

    Yes, click on the ‘My Basket’ icon at the top of the page, and you’ll be able to see what’s in your basket.

    You can use the + button to add additional items to your basket, or the – button if you’ve selected too many. If you want to remove an item completely, just click the x button.

    Yes, your delivery address is chosen at the checkout stage. Your order will automatically default to any saved addresses but you can choose to add a new one by clicking ‘Add a new address’.

    We’ll send you an email as soon as your order is on its way. You can also check your account to see the progress of an order or to track it.

    We may ship items separately in the event of one or more of the items being delayed.

    Your account makes it easy to keep track of all your orders.

    Once you’ve logged in you’ll see each individual order that you’ve placed with us. Select the one that you want and you’ll be provided with all the details you need about that order.

    If it fails, this is because the order is getting ready to be sent. Items that are in stock are processed quickly so that we can aim to get products to our customers without delay.

    Sometimes we ship items separately to make sure that any delayed items do not hold up the rest of your order.

    Because of this, it is possible that the missing item may be on a separate shipment.

    Your dispatch confirmation email will list the items that have been sent. If the missing is item is not listed, you’ll need to allow a little longer for it to be delivered.

    For all purchases made from a 3rd party you need to contact the seller directly for any queries you have. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns of products purchased from a 3rd part


    Payments and Discounts

    We accept debit and credit card, and PayPal.

    You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. Just to let you know, for your safety and security, along with your card issuer, we will ask you to complete validation and authorisation checks during the checkout process.

    If you’re seeing the status ‘Payment Problem’ on one or more of your orders then this means that we need you to check the payment information that has been submitted.

    Click onto the order and you should see an option to resolve the problem. Before re-entering any card details you’ll need to make sure that the expiry date and billing address are correct. We also recommend checking funds in the account.

    Once you place an order, the payment will show in your account as pending until we send the products to you.

    The pending transaction is telling you that the payment is authorised to be taken.

    If you want to add new payment details then you’ll need to do this at the checkout stage.

    Your new card details will be saved once your order has been placed. This means that next time around you can order your favourite beauty products with ease. You can manage your saved payment cards by clicking into ‘Payment Cards’ under Account Settings in your account.

    Once you’ve found all the items that you want then click ‘My Basket’, you’ll see a box located below your list of items which says ‘Got a discount code? Enter it here’.

    Add your discount code into this box and click ‘Add’ to apply the discount.

    Delivery

    For tracked orders, you can use the tracking link provided in your email, or in your account to check on your order.

    Have you checked for any delivery cards? Your parcel may have been left somewhere safe, such as with a neighbour or taken to a local depot.

Proof of submitting entry will not be deemed receipt of such entry by the Sweepstake Provider. In the event that there are typographical errors that obscure the original intent of the Sweepstake, Sweepstake Provider reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstake appropriately. x. All taxes, if any, (including without limitation Federal, state and local taxes) in connection with the Prize, and the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. Prize Winner may be sent a tax form 1099 in the event the average retail value requires Sweepstake Provider to submit such form. xi. In order to claim the Prize, the Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and in compliance with these Official Rules, liability release, publicity release (unless prohibited by law), address verification and other registrations and participation information requested by the Sweepstake Provider (unless prohibited by law), at the discretion of Sweepstake Provider. Additional information will be mailed to Winner using the address available on his/her Entry. xii. The return of forms or prizes as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner, at the sole discretion of the Sweepstake Provider. In no event is Sweepstake Provider required to contact Selected Entrants more than once. xiii. By entering this Sweepstake and unless prohibited by law, the Winner hereby consents to the use of his/her respective Submissions without additional compensation for the Sponsor’s promotional purposes XII. CONDUCT: The Official Rules will be posted at the Sweepstake Site throughout the Entry Period. By entering and participating in this Sweepstake, Entrants: a. Fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these official rules and by all decisions of the Sweepstake Provider (which decisions shall be final and binding in all respects), including without limitation decisions regarding eligibility, prize winner and the interpretation of terms used in these Official Rules; and b. Should the Sweepstake Provider believe or become aware that such an attempt has been, is being, or will be made, the Sweepstake Provider reserves the right to seek remedies and damages from any responsible entrant(s) and other responsible individual(s) in the attempted damage to the fullest extent permitted by law, including without limitation criminal prosecution. GOVERNING LAW: The Sweepstake and these Official Rules are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of New York (as distinguished from the choice of law rules) applicable to contracts made and performed entirely in New York and where the relevant contacts are with such state. All applicable federal laws and regulations apply. 1. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstake, each Entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstake, shall be brought individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before the State or Federal courts located in city and county of New York. 2. Each Entrant irrevocably agrees to be subject to the personal exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts (State or Federal, as applicable) in the state, county and city of New York. 3. Further, in any such action, under no circumstances shall any Entrant be permitted to seek or obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than Entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e.: the costs associated with entering this Sweepstake). 4. Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. XVI. MISCELLANEOUS: 1. Privacy: Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstake will be treated in accordance with these Official Rules and the Sweepstake Provider's Privacy Policy (as may be amended from time to time), currently located at https://us.nealsyardremedies.com/policies/privacy-policy provided, that in the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and such Privacy Policy, the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail. 2. Severability: If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Official Rules and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. 3. Headings: headings and captions are used in these Official Rules solely for convenience of reference, and shall not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of these Official Rules or any provision hereof. XVII. RELATIONSHIP WITH INSTAGRAM: 1. This promotion and the Sweepstake Provider are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. 2. Any information provided by the Entrants is provided to NYR Organic, Inc. not to Instagram or Facebook. XVIII. RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION OF FACEBOOK and Instagram: By entering the Sweepstake, Entrants release Instagram and Facebook and hold Instagram and Facebook harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from Sweepstake or participation in any Sweepstake-related activity (including without limitation the removal from the site of, or discontinuation of access to, any materials), or resulting directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize awarded in connection with the Sweepstake, including without limitation personal injury, death, and/or property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy.     Unfortunately, in some cases using organic ingredients does not eliminate the possibility of an individual skin reaction.     Some of our products do contain animal derived ingredients. All these ingredients are produced without causing any harm to the animals however they would not be suitable for vegans.     We endeavour to use organic ingredients wherever possible. We have worked closely with the Soil Association since 1991 using certified organic ingredients and in 2002 developed standards for the first certified organic skin care range. As of 2017 our new cosmetic products will also be certified to a new global organic standard under COSMOS which is the new COSMetic Organic Standard.

    You can identify the two types of certified organic ingredients on the product ingredients listed as follows:

    1. Organic Ingredient: Directly produced from an organically grown plant source ‐ marked with a single asterisk

    2. *Organic Origin: Comes from an organic source but has been processed to produce a different final ingredient ‐ marked with a double asterisk **

    Not all ingredients we use can be Soil Association certified organic because some of these such as water, clay, salt and minerals, although pure and natural, cannot be classed organic because they are not grown from soil.
