I’ve very recently had major surgery on my foot and ankle and was recommended to use this on the effected area as soon as the surgical wounds healed up.
I have done as directed and it has certainly eased pain and discomfort; healed bruising and has provided a warmth when massaged in well.
Would recommend and would definitely use again myself if I ever have the misfortune of surgery again.

Brilliant product

I bought the arnica salve following an accident and surgery where I had extensive bruising and swelling. The salve proved to be excellent for treating and helping swelling, with the added bonus that it has minimised my scaring. I don’t know whether that is the arnica or other ingredients (beeswax). Suffice to say I’ve bought more as recovering from surgery is proving a slower road.
